SEE THE MOST ACTIVE VOLCANOS FROM ABOVE

The second most famous helicopter ride in Hawaii is on the Big Island, where the most active volcanoes of the world are located, at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. This tour departs from Hilo and lasts 50 minutes. It is a great opportunity to see the volcanoes from a different perspective and a great option for those who doesn’t have a lot of time on this island but doesn’t want to miss this incredible chance to see this exotic Hawaiian scenary! These volcanoes have been on continuous eruption since 1983!
The emphasis of this helicopter ride is definitely on the most current areas of volcanic activity, so the routes and sights visited of the tour may vary according to the wind and weather conditions. You will be able to see lava flows, tropical rain forests and waterfalls while learning about the history and culture of Hawaii. Tour is narrated by pilots who are State of Hawaii Certified tour guides. Feel free to ask questions!
We also offer another tour on the Big Island that last 2 hours and will show a lot more of this beautiful (and big!) island. On this helicopter ride (departs from Waikoloa) you will be able to see the volcanic actitivity, black sand beaches, rainforests of the Hamakua Coast, towering sea cliffs and valleys of the Kohala Mountains and waterfalls.
This tour does not have transportation available. Contact us to book your tour ([email protected]) and we will take care of everything for you!
