YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE IN PERFECT SHAPE TO SCUBA DIVE

One of the concerns we hear frequently from our customers is: “I’m not physically fit enough to go scuba diving. Don’t you have to be in top physical condition?”

While being fit can help you do more while you are scuba diving, it’s not necessary to be in the best shape of your life in order to enjoy the underwater treasures the sea has to offer.

In fact, we have hosted people in all types of physical condition on scuba diving adventures, including people who were overweight and underweight, physically robust and weakened.

Yet despite their physical condition, they all had one thing in common: They enjoyed the experience of a lifetime.

Scuba Diving Oahu — Preparing for Your Dive

We have had guests who have prepared for months ahead of time for their scuba diving adventure, working out at the gym to build muscle and putting in time on the treadmill or trail to enhance their cardiovascular fitness.

While getting in shape is always a good idea, it’s not necessary to hit the gym for weeks or months prior to your scuba diving trip. Our skilled, experienced diving professionals can help you discover the thrill of the undersea world regardless of your current physical condition.

Scuba Diving Oahu — Safe, Enjoyable Adventure

In fact, the intensity of your scuba diving trip is up to you. If you aren’t up for a physically demanding dive, we can certainly accommodate you.

And if you want to push yourself so you can test out your newly improved body shape, we can help you with that as well.

We would never require you to do anything that doesn’t make you feel comfortable physically. Our goal is to provide a thrilling underwater adventure to everybody, no matter their physical conditioning or abilities.

So if you want to hit the gym, go for it! But if you want to relax and enjoy yourself without having to work out ahead of time, you can do that, too.
